Courier

- Small orders will be delivered through NZ Post. e.g. Balm and Conditioner.

- Larger orders like Drums, skins will be through Aramex (Fastway)

All orders will be a tracked service.

Costs

All Shipping costs will be charged at flat rate or according to the item/s purchased, package’s size and weight.

Amending Orders

If you need to amend an Order, you will need to contact us directly to discuss any change/s.

Time Frames

Processing time for orders will be 24hours.

We will make contact with you, to discuss time frame/s for delivery.

Depending on orders, available stock and any customisation.

Shipping Locations

We will ship to any location within New Zealand.

We are currently working on international shipping and any customs requirements.

Tracking

All packages will be tracked. We will make contact with you directly with delivery time frame/s and a tracking number.

When There Is a Problem

If there are any concerns with product quality, packing concerns, please do not hesitate contacting us directly.

Returns

If a product needs to be returned, lets discuss this directly and find a solutions that works us both.

Refunds will be available is the product is unsound.
